Chalkidiki, Greece
I was born in Larissa, Greece. I received my MD degree from the Medical School of Athens and my PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. I completed my training in Nephrology at the University Hospital of Alexandroupolis. I was further trained in PD and HD at the 2nd Department of Nephrology, AHEPA Hospital, Medical School, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece under Prof. V. Liakopoulos, after completing two yearly fellowships. I am currently a fellow of the 2nd Department of Nephrology in AHEPA hospital and the head nephrologist of a private dialysis center in Chalkidiki, Greece. I have authored and co-authored approximately 50 full scientific papers.
